The shoes carry the friction linings and are expanded against the rear drum to brake the bus. Worn linings, distorted shoes or worn pivot holes are reasons to fit new assemblies. Replace shoes on both sides of the axle together. Parts can differ between bus models and years — share your chassis number and engine number and we will confirm the exact match before supplying.
