In short

  • We do not refund goods that are not covered by a warranty. Sold goods are not refunded, except under a valid warranty claim.
  • Check items that have no warranty before you buy or accept them.
  • Buying the correct part is your responsibility. Always double-check the part number and fitment. There is no compensation for buying the wrong item.
  • No goods sharing, sale-or-return or consignment. All goods are bought by paying 100% of the invoice value.
  • Warranties cover manufacturing faults only, within the warranty period. Make a warranty claim.
  • All warranty claims must be submitted through the Toyosuper website warranty page: https://toyosuper.com/warranty

1. Our basic rule

All sales are final. We do not refund or exchange goods that are not covered by a warranty, and we do not accept returns because a customer changed their mind, ordered too many or chose a part that does not fit. The only exceptions are a valid warranty claim and an error made by Toyosuper (section 6).

This policy applies to retail customers and dealers. Dealers should also read the Dealer terms in the dealer portal.

2. Check before you buy

Many parts have no warranty. Unless the product page, invoice or warranty card states a warranty, treat the item as having none. For these items, check the goods before you buy them: at the counter when you visit the store, or with our team by phone or WhatsApp before you order for delivery. Once a non-warranty item is sold it cannot be returned.

3. Buying the correct part is your responsibility

Parts differ between suppliers, vehicles, models, years and variants, even when they look alike. Before you buy:

  • check the part number (OEM or manufacturer number) against your old part or the vehicle documents;
  • check the fitment for your exact vehicle model, year, engine and chassis code;
  • ask your technician, or ask our team, if you are not sure.

Our team is happy to help you check, but the final choice of part is yours. Toyosuper does not refund, exchange or pay compensation for a wrong-item purchase, including a part that does not fit, is not needed or was ordered in the wrong quantity.

4. No goods sharing, sale-or-return or consignment

Toyosuper does not supply goods on a sharing, sale-or-return, consignment, trial or approval basis. All goods must be bought by paying 100% of the invoice value. Where a dealer has approved credit under a signed dealer credit agreement, the credit changes when the dealer pays, not how much: the full invoice value is still payable.

5. Warranty claims

Where a warranty applies, it covers manufacturing faults only, reported within the warranty period, which starts on the original purchase invoice date. It does not cover wrong selection, incorrect installation, misuse, accident, alteration, normal wear or damage caused by another vehicle part.

Toyosuper-branded products

Eligible Toyosuper-branded cable warranty claims are handled directly by Toyosuper through the online warranty process and manual inspection. For the TOYO hybrid cable programme:

  • Grade 01 and Grade 02: 30 days from the original purchase invoice date for the listed manufacturing defects, with one-for-one replacement.
  • Grade 01 stainless steel only: an additional one year of cover where corrosion completely stops the cable working normally. This is not a general one-year warranty.

The full conditions, covered defects and exclusions are in the Warranty policy. Other Toyosuper products have a warranty only where the product page, invoice or warranty card says so, for the period stated there. Submission or receipt of a claim is not approval.

Products made or warranted by another brand

A non-Toyosuper product carries a manufacturer, OEM, importer or supplier warranty only if that party issued an official written warranty applicable to the product and purchase. If no such official warranty was supplied, Toyosuper does not promise or administer a manufacturer warranty merely because the item bears that brand. Where an official third-party warranty applies, its issuer may decide eligibility, inspection, repair, replacement and service location under its published conditions. Toyosuper will identify the available route where reasonably possible.

6. If we made a mistake

If Toyosuper supplied a different item from the one on your invoice, the quantity is short, or the goods arrived damaged in transit, tell us as soon as possible, preferably on the day you receive them, with the invoice number and photographs. Keep the goods and packaging as received. We will check and correct our error. This is separate from, and does not cover, a wrong part that the customer selected.

7. Outcomes

An accepted warranty claim is normally settled by repair or one-for-one replacement, as the written warranty states. A refund is made only where replacement or repair is not possible and the written warranty provides for a refund, or where we cannot fulfil an order you already paid for, in which case we arrange a payment reversal or refund to the original payment method or another verified channel. Bank processing times may apply.

8. How to make a warranty claim

  1. Stop using the part if it may be unsafe, and keep it. Do not throw it away or alter it.
  2. Find your invoice, the packet label, the serial or batch number and the warranty card.
  3. For TOYO cables, use the online warranty claim form. You verify the customer’s mobile number with a one-time code, then add the product, purchase details and photographs.
  4. For other products, or if you need help, contact our team on 0777240004 or through the contact page.
  5. Bring or send the part for inspection when we ask. We will tell you the result.

Never send card details or banking one-time codes as part of a claim. Fraudulent, altered or misleading evidence will be rejected.

9. If you disagree with a decision

If you disagree with our decision on a claim, ask us to review it, with your invoice number and any new information. We will check the claim again and tell you the result.
