Read the warranty card details before agreeing

These sections are the readable online explanation of the supplied Grade 1 and Grade 2 printed warranty cards. Please read them before checking the consent box.

30-day manufacturing-defect cover — Grade 01 and Grade 02

  • A one-for-one replacement warranty covers the following manufacturing defects within 30 days of the original purchase invoice date.
  • The cable is the correct model for the vehicle, but its length or dimensions are defective.
  • A factory defect causing rust or jamming prevents installation.
  • Cable terminal ends loosen or detach during installation or within the warranty period.
  • Essential components are missing or incorrectly fitted.

One-year corrosion cover — Grade 01 stainless steel only

  • A one-for-one replacement warranty applies where corrosion or rust completely impairs the cable’s normal operation, within one year of the original purchase invoice date.
  • This is not a general one-year warranty for every fault or cosmetic surface rust. Grade 02 does not receive this additional one-year cover.

How to submit and what to keep

  • Verify the actual customer’s mobile number, select the product and grade, enter the purchase date and purchase source, describe the problem, and upload the original purchase invoice and warranty card.
  • Keep the defective cable, original dealer invoice, original warranty card and packet label. The packet-label serial number is required for an online claim.
  • We confirm receipt by SMS, review the documents and contact you manually. If approved, an approval SMS goes to the verified customer’s phone. Online approval does not itself arrange a refund or move replacement stock.

Exclusions and inspection

  • Incorrect installation, misuse, alterations and natural wear caused by excessive use are excluded.
  • The cable must be installed by a qualified, experienced technician.
  • Damage from natural disasters, electrical faults or accidents, war, civil disturbances, or use beyond the manufacturer’s intended purpose is excluded.
  • The printed card excludes liability for accidents, inability to drive and other losses or compensation arising from cable failure.
  • All returned claims are subject to internal inspection. Tests may be needed to identify the cause. Claims that do not meet the warranty conditions may be rejected after review.

Installation and care

  • Show the installation instructions to your garage technician. The card describes these cables as maintenance-free: after lubrication at installation, removal for repeated lubrication is not required.
  • For help with your claim, call Toyosuper (PVT) LTD on 0777240004.
