One 24/7 line for every expressway (Southern, Outer Circular, Katunayake, Central, Ruwanpura). Report breakdowns, accidents and hazards; the RDA Operation Centre sends help and gives road-condition updates. The second number is the EOM&M Division office for non-emergency questions.
